Tips on how to find out more
Google.com is the word - or any other search engine for that matter.

Here is an example:
An order that sounds fishy. The delivery address:

Ahmad Gunawan
Ji. Somba Opu No. 297
Makassar
Sulawesi Selatan
90111
Indonesia
+62856223XXXX

You'll find out soon enough that the name Gunawan is as common in Indonesia as "Miller" in the US. However the street name typed into a search engine speaks volumes: It is the address of the "Hotel Sedona Makassar".
After a little more research it turns out, that all phone numbers in the area start with (62) 411, so the phone number submitted by the customer is very likely to be a cell phone.
Apart from that a short call to MasterCard verifies, that the card is issued in the US, not in Indonesia. Another call to the bank that issued the card, and I also know that the name of the customer who ordered the goods does not match up with the name of the account holder.
Well, my guess is, we won't be delivering there without cash (and only cash) in advance.
If you want to be real certain, give the hotel a call, or -if you find an address close to it- call there… I have had good success in getting information from neighbors.
