Encourage Feedback - and deal with it
Make sure you have a form on your page that visitors can use to leave feedback.

Giving your visitors a possibility to voice their opinion about your page is a good idea. You can get a lot of new ideas from suggestions people make via this feedback form.
If somebody suggests something new or changes to your page, be sure to check and double check the effects real good. Be aware that it might be an opinion from a single visitor.

Don't get frustrated by bad feedback! Some people make it a sport to scoff at pages or to insult people. You can't avoid this pitiful species if you have a page on the web. Ignore these people as much as you can. They don't mean it personally, they simply need an outlet for their own inadequacies - and some day's you are "it".

It is a good idea to reply to (or at least acknowledge) feedback, especially if it is constructive criticism. It does not have to be an answer like "yes, we'll do it the way you suggested from now on", but a simple "Thanks, We'll think about it." is always nice.
