Introduction

This is a personal account based on 5 years of running web pages and shops on the web.
I do not have a business or marketing degree, nor am I a certified Cisco or Microsoft engineer. This is my first attempt at being an author online. All that being said however, I feel I can supply something else. Something you will not find in most business publications, and that is a "street smart" perspective based on personal experience, full of unusual or uncommon situations brought on by real life.
To cut a long story short: This is what has worked for me, and I'm positive it can help many other types of small businesses on the web.
